[Event]: Begin your Healthy Habits with Bio-Oil

Today I would like to share more on the fun we had at the Bio-Oil event I attended last Friday at Lalla Capital Place, Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta. When I was invited to the event I was happy because it’s been a while since I've regularly used Bio-Oil in my body care so I'm positive that the event would be fun. I've also gained a lot of new insights about skin type and skin condition which actually affects our skin in a different way. We started out with lunch session before the event officially starts, it's been a while since my last event report so I'm really excited to share with you all the fun activities and insight I gained from the event with you guys.

Bio-Oil is a brand originated from South Africa and is now one of the leading dry oil in the industry and is being sold and loved worldwide. The benefit and their ingredients which are made from natural ingredient making them suitable for kids more than 2 years old or even pregnant woman in her early second trimester. Everyone would love to have beautiful flawless skin but as human we are prone towards developing stretch marks or scars which may leave a semi permanent impact on our skin. It may not cause serious discomfort but it may affect ones self esteem especially ladies when they want to wear bikini. Those stretch mark will give them self consciousness and feel unconfident but now with Bio-Oil all those red scars can diminish completely and for deep or scars and stretch marks this oil can help to even them out :)

We were asked to play a game or a challenge to create a fun picture so here I present to you my team #TeamDRYOIL with out own picture concept which is us representing all the uses of Bio-Oil for our body and not just our skin but also hair and nails.

Had a fun craft session making our own crochet pouch. It looks so simple but trust me its so difficult, it took me a while to understand how it works.

All the guest speakers

During the event the guest speakers also shared about their beauty secret and also how using Bio-Oil has been life changing. I also learnt that skin type and skin condition is different. Skin type is usually semi-permanent or is DNA or genetic but skin condition may differ overtime, its caused the external factor that affect our skin. Therefore we should be sure to use the right product to help treat our skin for a smooth, healthy and radiant looking skin. The doctor also shared that its okay to use Bio-Oil on the acne trouble area because sometimes that dry spots caused by acne needs extra moisture to nourish the are thus Bio-Oil as a dry oil that absorbs quickly can be a solution.

The smallest size is so handy to carry around especially when you travel, you can easily pop it in your bag or makeup pouch. Some of my friends also told me they would mix Bio-Oil to their foundation and their makeup would last all day.

Well I've already written my detailed review about the benefit of Bio-Oil on my previous post which you can check here if you've missed out. However today I would like to give a much more detailed review on the product through my own personal experience using Bio-Oil. Ever since I was introduced to this dry oil I've been starting to incorporate it in my skincare especially body care and let me tell you a secret, now I can't stop. I'm so in love with the product because even though its oil but its dry oil formula absorbs so quickly onto the skin making my skin feel hydrated and well nourished.

I've been using it like a body oil before my body lotion ritual because this year one of my resolution is to take better care of my body care too. Bio-Oil is well known to help heal or diminish the appearance of scars or stretch marks but it can also help even out uneven skin tone, prevent early aging skin and soothe dehydrated skin. This oil contains all natural ingredients like Calendula, Lavender, Rosemary, Chamomile, Vitamin A, Vitamin E, Purcellin Oil that will help the skin to regenerate.

Now Bio-Oil comes in four different sizes to cater to the needs of different uses and individual; 25 ml, 60 ml, 125 ml and 200 ml. Each sizing is perfect for their own uses. What's your go to size? Mine would be the 60 ml because I would literally use it to all parts of my body, but for those who are excited to try out Bio-Oil and never tried it before you guys can definitely get 25 ml because its so mini.
