[Event + Review]: Fun Sunday Workout with L'Oreal Paris UV Perfect Matte & Fresh Long UV SPF 50 / PA ++++

It's been a while since I've worked out and exercised thus I was so excited when I received the invitation to this event to the Sunny Matte Sunday with L'Oreal Paris UV Perfect Matte & Fresh Long UV SPF 50 / PA ++++. After the festive CNY and all the yummy food its time to burn some fat right? So this was actually my first experience at Car free day which closes down the whole main road which allows people to exercise freely. I was so pumped that the day before I could hardly get enough sleep, on one side I was excited on the other I was afraid I can't wake up on time if I have a deep sleep thus resulting me in lacking sleep.
The event was suppose to start at 6 am but it started a bit late that I got the chance to play around the Photo Booth and catch up with my girls too. I was quick surprise to see the crowd because it was actually packed with people exercising. I thought it would be bleak since it was so early but turned out I was wrong. The whole car free day area on the Main Street is so lively as people are exercising and you can also find lots of food stall on road side selling snacks and refreshment.
During the event people can also purchase the product on the spot as they were having a special discount on that day which was 50% off :) Not only that we also got to do the pound fit exercise which turns out to be so exciting! I was so thrilled after the session, It feels so good to get my bodies moving and sweating.

Before the main event which was the pound fit session begin, we have a little short introduction from Loreal & Beauty Journal representatives as well as kak Tyna Kanna Mirdad who was the guest star of the day. I would definitely say this event was one of a kind, it really left me a huge positive impression on me as we learnt more about the importance of sunscreen as well as the difference of this new Loreal Paris sunblock.
As we all know sunblock is a must and we should never skip it, because even staying indoors we're exposed to harmful UV that can damage our skin. Sunblock is essential to help protect our skin from dark spots caused but the harmful UV rays as well as the early sign of aging like sagging skin too. They also shared a little insight of the right amount of sunblock we should be using on our skin which is as much as two blocks of our fingers and not to forget our neck area too. After that is the fun part or the highlight of the day, Pound Fit session!

Once you squeeze on the product you can feel the texture of this sunscreen is a bit thick but once you actually blend it, it blends off so smoothly and easily into the skin without leaving any white cast. The scent of this sunblock is also not overwhelming which is great! Since I don't really like products that have a strong scent. Its SPF 50 / PA ++++ would be enough to protect your skin from both UVA and UVB rays but if your intensity of staying outdoor is high you might need to reapply sunscreen but as ladies we won't be bothered to remove and redo our makeup every hour so you can try out an alternative of a spray sunblock to maintain the protection of your sunblock.
Overall I like the texture and formula of this sunblock by L'Oreal Paris UV Perfect Matte & Fresh because it works well just as its claim. Not to forget that it has a matte finish which makes it a great makeup base too to prime our skin so our makeup will last longer while protecting our skin too. They are formulated 100% oil free so you don't have to worry if the product will feel/ look greasy, sticky or clog your pores. They are both chemical and physical sunblock which works best to protect our skin from the harmful UV rays.
