[Event]: Emina Bare With Me Mineral Cushion Launching

Hello beautiful ! Welcome to my new post and welcome a whole new month shall we?
Starting the month I attended this new product launch from Emina. Emina is one of a leading local beauty brand that caters to the need of the youthful and cheerful teenage. The brand image is well represented in almost all its cute packaging! So I was invited to the launch of their new Bare With Me Mineral Cushion together with Beauty Journal at Fat Shogun last Saturday. As usual event with Beauty Journal is always fun and chill ❤ Moving on with the event, if you've caught the little sneak peak of the fun I had on my IG stories but today I'll take you a little further on the activity we had.

Right when I arrive at the venue even before arriving at the restaurant I was stopped at the lobby to play a game. So they had this mini challenge for us to makeup a model each by picking on our own challenge from the wrapped papers prepared by them and mine was to apply an eyeliner. So how the game work is to do the makeup on the elevator and we need to stop once the elevator reached the designated floor for the restaurant. HAHAHAHA it was nerve-wracking and exciting at the same time but luckily I managed to pull it off without hurting my model's eye while rushing on the eyeliner :'D
Then the event proceed with an opening speech from the representative of Emina sharing about their launch. She explained that Emina has been receiving a lot of request from the public to launch a cushion thus here is the answer to the demand. Bare With Me Mineral Cushion by Emina is a great everyday cushion she added. I'll discuss more on the product details below:) So after a quick opening we had our lunch, and the funny part is read the picture below as how they use our lunch menu as a metaphor for this cushion. ↴
After a filling lunch the event continued with an earring making workshop. Arts and craft is my thing although I always felt I'm never good enough in it that's one of the reason why I didn't pursue design on the first place in college :'p So I did made and designed my very own earrings with the help of the utensils and accessories prepared by Pix & Stacy. So how do you think is my design ?

Product Formula and Shades
Emina Bare With Me Mineral Cushion has a dewy matte finish which is great for everyday use which makes it not too matte or dewy but just right. The finish that won't make your makeup look too dry and crack because its too matte or too wet and oily because its too dewy. I am more of a dewy finish look fan but sometimes when its too dewy my face kinda look too shiny. That's why when I tried this cushion I felt the finish is awesome, with its oil absorber ingredient it help to control the production of oil throughout the day. The coverage is light-medium but buildable as it doesn't feel heavy on the skin. This cushion also protects our skin from the harmful UV A and UV B.
Emina is aware of the uniqueness and diversity of our skin tone thus they launch three different range of cushion shades to cater to the needs of different skin tone. This Emina Bare With Me Mineral Cushion has three different undertones too, light is the lightest shade which is suitable for fair skin tone. Natural shade has a neutral undertone, while Caramel is the darkest shade available in this product with a warmer yellow undertone.

Personally as a cushion lover, I'm very excited with this launch because after all the Korean cushion I would love to try a great local cushion and this product doesn't disappoint. I use the shade light but if you have a darker skin tone you might want to opt for natural or caramel but if you tend to have fair skin light mine light will do cause natural will be a bit too dark. Considering the price, this new cushion would make a great everyday cushion!
