[Event]: Beauty Journal X Laneige Fresh Calming Series Launching

Now on the last event marathon of December! It's the Beauty Journal X Laneige event which is also the last event of 2017. On that day Laneige Indonesia also launched their newest skincare line called the Fresh Calming series. I'll also share more about this new Laneige Fresh Calming series in this post. The event took place at Rock, Paper, Scissors Kuningan, it was a gloomy day and don't know why on that particular day it felt so cold. It felt like we're experiencing winter in the restaurant :) hahaha.. Well now let's hop on to the fun I had at the Laneige launching event.

The event start off with an opening speech by our Beauty Journal Editor in Chief, Mira Monika following up with the representative of Laneige giving us a little brief introduction on this Fresh Calming series. Being one of the most loved Korean beauty brand Laneige is determined to bring new innovations and products that are highly effective on customers. This Fresh Calming series is specially made to cater to the younger or youth age groups within 20-25 years. This is because these days even those in their early twenties feel they have to start skincare routine to maintain their skin condition as its always better to start early but some skincare might be too much for skins without much problems like those in their early twenties thats why Laneige launch this new series. Below are the two products from the new series that I'm super excited to try out :)

About Laneige Fresh Calming series

Laneige Fresh Calming series is made for customers aged 20-25, who have oily skin that lack moisture. This new skincare range from Laneige is said to be able to restore skin's balance and soothe the skin with refreshing moisture and moisture soothing line in their products.
Laneige Fresh Calming skincare comes in 4 simple steps:

Ditch the whole lengthy 8-10 Korean skincare steps and just come down to this 4 simple steps. For younger skins like those in their early twenties, you need to layer tons of skincare on your skin because your skin is still in its prominent condition where you only need to help balance out your skin condition to its healthy state. Fresh Calming Toner

This toner balance out water and oil in skin while keeping your skin refresh, soothing and hydrating. It also has a cooling sensation effect. You can use it as a toner pack as well. This toner is oil and alcohol free and it'll help to soothe and moisturize your skin while strengthening your skin moisture barriers. It only contain 10 mild ingredients that will work effectively on the skin. The toner also comes in a good amount of 230 ml:)

Fresh Calming Morning Mask

Easy quick leave on mask that you can apply at the end of every morning skincare routine to hydrate, soothe and help makeup to set in even better on your skin. It has an air mousse texture that is great for leave on mask. The mask also gives a soothing refreshing sensation with its panthenol and litchi (lychee) ingredient. Since its a leave on mask you don't need to rinse it off.

Moving on to the next session on the event is to make a popsicle decorations with your teammates. The popsicles were made for us and all we need to do is to decorate it with all the decorations provided. Since the main ingredients for Laneige Fresh Calming Series is Lychee we used lots of Lychee to decorate our popsicle. That day was so cold and we're playing with ice, it was so freezing but overall very fun!
