[Review]: Shiseido Perfect UV Protector HydroFresh SPF50+ PA++++

Today I will be sharing a new review on my new sunscreen which Sociolla sent me its the Shiseido Perfect UV Protector HydroFresh SPF50+ PA++++. Actually on my daily basis I would skip sunscreen on days where I know I wouldn't go outdoor as most of the days I remain indoor so I consider my base products to have enough SPF for me because most of my base products already comes with a certain SPF amount which will do for those who's like me, who remain indoor...

However when this sun cream landed on my door step I was kind of excited to try it out because not only I read a lot of good reviews on it but I tested that the product feels very lightweight on the skin ! I love to keep my base makeup as light as possible but I do layer some base products under my skin since I'm not born with flawless skin and my skin needs some more coverage here and there to help me achieve my natural flawless makeup look. Therefore when it comes to sunscreen I try my best only to use products that doesn't only feel light on my skin but also look natural. After giving it a good try I guess its safe to say that this product made it to my top sun screen list..

Unlike usual sunscreen this Shiseido Perfect UV Protector HydroFresh SPF50+ PA++++ doesn't leave any white casts on the skin after the product absorbs into the skin. Wanna find out more make sure you read till the end..

Packaging

Now let's talk about their packaging, this Shiseido Perfect UV Protector HydroFresh SPF50+ PA++++ comes in a sleek sky blue packaging. It has a plastic bottle container and it has a unique shape for its cap. I do love anything that is aesthetically cute in shape. This sunscreen is also quite a small and handy in size so you can easily carry it with you in your makeup pouch. The cap also ensures the product is well kept inside the container to avoid any spillage. Packaging wise 5/5 no complain at all❤

It comes in 50ml which may a very little in amount compared to other suncream available in the market but a little goes a long way.

Application

The formula of this product is very light and water like, it has a creamy white color but at least for my skin I see no white cast after application. Taking note of its SPF50+ PA++++ feature I thought that this product will be thick, sticky and heavy on the skin but no the product absorbs quickly and easily into my skin without feeling greasy at all.

There you go, as you can see no white cast is seen ! Perfect formulation for a suncream❤ I would usually dot a little amount of the product on my skin and blend it off evenly and not apply too much because I like to think of it as a premier as well. You always want to keep your base as minimal as possible because you'll be layering up concealer, foundation, powder so keep the primer thin to avoid your skin look cakey.

Verdict

Sunscreen is essential for everyone to avoid any harmful rays from all the UVA and UVB. Especially for us living down here near the Equator. Indonesia is a tropical country that is hot all year round which makes it even more important for us to protect our skin because once the skin is damaged there is no turning back. Curing a damaged and troubled skin will cost you even more therefore make sure to take preventive actions and invest in your skincare. Trust me you'll thank me later!

I really love how this product set onto my skin and it also makes a great primer before I jump into my base makeup products. This sunscreen help my makeup to set in better and I feel that with it my makeup look better throughout the day. Although this product has a white creamy formula but since its light and absorbs quickly onto my skin I have no complain for it however I do have another fav sunscreen with a tinted color in it which helps to even out my complexion with color correcting but this one simply leaves no white cast and just sink into the skin like you aren't using anything. Their Wet Force feature help to protect our skin even during perspiration and it will help our skin complexion to look hydrated and fresh. This technology specially designed for Shiseido sun cream ensures that their sunscreen are comfortable to wear during exercises.

Just as its name Shiseido Perfect UV Protector HydroFresh SPF50+ PA++++ upon application it makes the skin feeling fresh and cool but not so cool like usual products with cooling effect this one only makes the skin feels refreshed but once it sets the cooling effect disappear too. The SPF level on this sun cream also ensure the protection of our skin. I don't notice any significant scent from this product which is a plus point because I try my best to avoid products with scented perfume. This product works well for my sensitive, combination skin and it really does its job to protect my skin from the Sun and works well as a primer too. Overall I would rate it 4.5/5 ! (Not that the product isn't good enough for 5/5 but considering the price tag I think there are many other good sun cream that has similar features with better price however if you're a lover of outdoor activity then this might be a good investment for you!)
